VP aims to instil, within it’s client’s organisations a robust risk management process and a culture of risk behaviour such that all team members are pulling in the same direction and that project and organisational goals are successfully achieved.
We have been delivering Project Management support to our clients since July 2011. Our Client base includes Shell, Nexen, Maersk, Repsol-Sinopec (formerly Talisman), EON, GDF Suez, Total, Aberdeen University, Centrica (Aberdeen & Norway) ODE and Premier Oil.
VP also have a number of associates who can be mobilised for short periods on an ad-hoc basis or part time for a longer period. All associates have extensive experience in their specialist fields.
The VP office is based in Banchory, approximately 30 miles west of Aberdeen City however all VP software and records are fully mobile allowing VP personnel to operate from any location to suit customer needs.
VP has a wealth of experience and a network of contacts which can be called upon where necessary. Client confidentiality is paramount however past assignments allow access to data that can be used for benchmarking purposes.

Engaging VP comes with a VP guarantee. If a client is not satisfied with value they have received at the end of any working day……VP will not charge for that day.
When interfacing with customer personnel VP will, where necessary, explain what we are doing and why. We feel it is important that customers understand how risk management tools work in order that benefit from the process is maximised.
