A powerful, visual representation of risk register status. The Risk Matrix should be regularly updated and posted prominently in the project office. Risks are driven from the red zone, top right (high risk) into the amber and towards green, bottom left (low risk). This is done through thoughtful risk mitigation, reducing probability and/or impact and if possible removing the risk entirely.
