Since 2010 he has been a Consultant to a number of Oil Companies on a full and part time basis.
“It’s difficult seeing into the future , bookmakers get rich because we are usually poor at it but that’s what project managers have to do, predict the project cost and the end date. I think it is best to develop a risk based cost estimate and schedule based on the input of a diverse , experienced group. Once you have these , project decisions can be made and cost saving and time saving strategies can be deployed”.
